The 924 Westwood Building is located just south of the UCLA Campus at the southeast corner of Westwood Boulevard and Le Conte Avenue. The building consists of a ten story office tower rising from a one and two story retail/service occupancy base. It also includes three stores of underground parking. The approximate total gross area of the building is 167,000 gsf.

The project is anticipated to involve the design and construction of a seismic retrofit to improve the seismic rating to a DGS/UC Level III. The retrofit work is intended to be completed with the building remains fully occupied, without significant tenant reolcation.
